Damaged or wrong product
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or is the wrong item, WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and the outer packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund after verification.
Order cancellation
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by WhatsApping us at +91 84598 87279. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. COD refunds are made via UPI / bank transfer to the account you share with us.
Non-returnable items
For food safety reasons, opened or partially used masala packs cannot be returned unless they are defective.
